Position and title doesn't necessarily make the person. Sure it aids their influence and gets attention but that doesn't mean they've got exclusivity on great ideas.

More and more lifestyle businesses are springing up from humble beginnings on social media. Friend networks are mini markets, and growing exponentially!

Then there's that new clamour for simplicity brought about by the pandemic. Little things which made the difference have transformed into local business.

And the big corporates are now looking at how best to capture these new market dynamics. So who would you want in the ranks, as a supplier or partner?

Small business and startups are increasingly the answer to that question. They're cornering markets and those with deep pockets are acquiring. And why not?

Why spend fortunes on developing something already out there. Why not just invest in the business and even better, the commercial guru behind it?
