Be the Inspirational Leader
It does amuse me that some in management believe title automatically means leadership.
Error noooo!!
Leadership is not a title or role. It is a behaviour and a reward by those who feel led and inspired.
And the recognition isn't in crystal awards at some corporate ceremony. No the real reward is your ideas and direction being shaped into a tangible form.
Business growth, productive teams, cohesion, innovation and confidence.
All things which a leader can instill into an organisation. Above all they motivate through their power and more importantly empowerment.
They don't shout when things go wrong. They will look to understand the reason and avoid a repeat.
That's how they create loyalty. So too in having common goals, with all around them simultaneously feeling the warmth of success and the coldness of failure.
That's where the team comes in and by the nature of the leader and the ecosystem, one that strives to succeed through supporting one another.
You see, the simplest way to consider leadership is the architecting, build and maintenance of the environment.
Make those inside it confident empowered a d capable and you're made as the leader!
