If thought leadership in your eyes is taking an idea from elsewhere and rebranding...well...?!!!!

If you want to practise it properly it takes determination,  resilience and empathy.

It's about transferring vision and thought from your mind into a collective. To enable others to look through the lens of your minds eye.

But to do that , you need to appreciate their mindset and give them the confidence to back you and themselves.

Which means putting your ideas in a shape that brings context to them,  without deviation from the end goal.

People always unconsciously otherwise retreat to the mantra of "what's in it for me?"

That's your sales pitch first and foremost,  to land the message of advantage.

Once you've done that you'll see the support coming together. Questioning , challenging and testing your ideas.

And you must let them. For at the end of the day ideas are only good enough when others also see the benefits of them.

So make it something great from foresight and not an experience of hindsight!
