Develop to Develop
Something we seem to have forgotten recently in business is the importance of people development.
Sure there's a recruitment issue going on but is that perhaps a sign not enough was being done to retain people?
And sometimes all that's required is some investment in development programmes. Or at least to start with.
You see , these in themselves are the preparation phase. The step to build skillsets a d increase productivity.
But the real result comes when the business takes those developing resources and deploys them.
Aligning expertise to areS where they'll develop even further to make massive impact.
Any business that can do that sees the aggregated pull through across the business. Increasing brand to customers and potential talent alike.
Making a storm in the market which will shake the competition to their core.
Too much hyperbole?
Perhaps but the ethos is spot on, go try it!
