By Creating the Vision for Others You Become the Leader in Demand!
Organisations which have freat legacies are borne from and maintained by great leadership. Those inspiring individuals who no matter their role, inspire across a number of areas.
Mandela, Musk, Gates, Thunberg, Obama all reside in that category. They may not be universally adored by everyone but nevertheless have an impact on millions.
They inspire through their confidence, belief, vision and tenacity. Creating something new, whether attitude, opportunity, product, culture or new movements.
These elements of course don't always need to be global. Applying in your own ecosystem, business or network can have similar impacts. If you can master these and yourself in gaining movement on them, you'll begin to be topic of conversation.
As your ideas and direction starts professing your sphere of influence, suddenly the chatter is amplified. People are talking about you, your organisation and the people you've influenced.
Through that wider attention more people will be drawn towards it. If a business leader you're creating a place which attracts talent.
But for you personally, not only are people drawn to you, there will be those who want you drawn to them. Corporate leaders, investors and brands all wanting association.
It may be they want you to work your leadership on their business, or become involved to elevate brand. It may just be in a non-executive or consulting role.
It doesn't really matter. The point being you've created personal opportunity, brand and effectively become the stock people want to invest in.
