How to be Business Dynamic

Most people who have corporate ambitions tend to look at the leadership and to emulate in some way. A dynamic which inspires them and they see drives things forward.

And if you want the heady heights of leadership to be your thing , then you have to find your own dynamic. That's not to say you don't have one, you may do, so recognise it.

You'll know what I mean when it starts happening. People will explicitly or quietly get more on board with your ways.  Seeking guidance, support and testing their ideas.

If they're in your peer group great, if your boss then result!! 

But don't confused dynamic as being a tornado. That could have the opposite effect. All I'm saying is to recognise your skills and credibility of your mindset.

It's then about how you transmit that out to others. Observing and guiding. Putting out ideas in a spontaneous but very practical way. Those bigger ideas of course will have had more thought.

Because it's the articulation of these that gives inspiration. Doing a lot isn't impressive if it doesn't produce the proportionate amount of results.

Doing less in a more assertive and confident way, with greater output is far better.

And that really is a dynamic!
