Global Goons

It really is becoming very apparent that the world is currently in the incapable hands of goons! 

It would of course in these testing times, be better that I was referring to comedians coming on our TV screens to introduce a bit of levity.

These goons are on our screens , no question but rather than bring levity they are frankly scaring the shit out of folks. Especially that great orange fool in Washington! 

With so much time at home , we can use the lockdown with friends and have online quizzes to ascertain how so many village idiots have been put in a position of power?

I guess there's a couple of 

things to consider here. First one being that we the populace have put these guys in power. The majority of them are global CEOs and their acolytes.

The other thing is however, a number of these guys are f course very intelligent,  with great business acumen. (exception being orange Donald).

The problem is that they are using their entrepreneurial prowess to extend into political environs to suit their own ends. 

For this role; one which is about representing the public, they are unfortunately falling way short of the acceptable mark! 

Now I am no socialist mouthpiece. I actually respect self-made people and we should encourage that ambition.

But what we should not encourage is a world order which focuses on meeting the needs of the few who least need the help! 

Far more to be respected are those ones who truly exercise philanthropy such as Bill Gates! 

So I guess we as a population need to help shape a world of optimism and ambition. But indoctrinated within that in equal measure is the mantra of giving back! 

Perhaps the new normality may move towards that goal. For the sake of humanity it needs to!
