Do you believe that you challenge enough of whats going on around you?

In other words are you challenging yourself? Are you the ever accepting of situations or do you analyse situations with a view to improving?

Look at how you do things. Even if you've been doing them for years doesn't necessarily mean they're still right. In fact,  given the dynamism of the world,  age old processes are probably out of date or close to being so.

Are you looking at how you can best move forward through adoption of technology. It is after all a valuable resource which influence, support and sustain progressive change.

Being in business isn't about just accepting the status quo. It's about having an influence. A unique selling point that draws customers to you over the competition.

Look at how things are happening in your organisation and markets. If you're always following the direction of others then you' ll never truly get out front and raise your profile.

So back yourself with a confident plan and carry through with even more confident action.

Change leaders architect the future and they will know their own creation better than anyone. 

Why wouldn't they succeed?
