What isn't talent?!
At every level of an organisation there should be talented people. Folks who are innovative, hard working and have a personal commitment to do well.
These people understand that ambition is progressed through the behaviours above.
For these professionals, the ambition never really dissipates so long as their contribution is recognised and rewarded.
Then there's those folks who like to jump on the back of others hard work. They talk a good game , they sound convincing and exude super confidence.
But these people are not talent for their purpose is purely to benefit themselves and feed their ego.
The problem with them is that they believe they have all the attributes described at the top of this blog!
Only one of these take the business and its people forward and it's certainly not those who can see no further than their magic mirror!
