Forced Leaders

At long last we are beginning to see some assertive action from our so-called world leaders.

But these guys have not sprung into action for altruistic reason or indeed concern for others.

That would be too much to ask!

Instead their hand has been forced to protect reputation, position and electoral victory.

They played thr numbers game and saw they were stacked against them, so react they must!

But they have through this who coronavirus #crisis shown themselves to be weak, narcissistic individuals, the complete antithesis of what a leader should be.

I am sure that if in the USA or UK you know to whom I refer!

So let's take some inspiration from these half baked individuals. That being not to act as they have done for history will commit them to the flash in the pan category.

Instead learn that leadership comes from having concern for othere at the same time balanced with assertive direction

A direction based on analysis, strategy and cohesion. That's what leaders do to ensure they keep the ship stable.

They also take accountability and inspire through action. This is the leader to aspire to, not the ones we have(or so they claim) running the world?
