Growth is Mental

They say we stop growing at a certain age in a physical sense but our mind should be constantly open to and exercising growth. Not in size perhaps but in attitude,  vision and innovative thinking based on our experiences and analysis of those.

The entrepreneurial and leadership mind is constantly sending out searches, sometimes unconsciously to finding new ways of achievement, that little flag to say "I'm here and wanting new ideas !"

I believe the mind that wants to be inspired and grow will see inspiration in many more places than those of a more complacent nature.

There are those who view all that thinking and activity as too much like hard work-their view being enjoy life and relax whenever you can- which in itself is not a bad mantra. However my outlook is the more effort you put into finding new experiences the greater your horizons open up and give even greater choice of the enjoyable and relaxing.

Besides it's invigorating to generate new ideas and to be able to influenceyour lifestyle and career in even the smallest way. Those who really drive their ideas in the corporate world or in their own business can lead change to the environment and market, to become the determining factor rather than be the one who has everything determined for them.

Anyone who does a lot of exercise relates to the gruelling punishment you can put yourself through every week at the gym. During it you think " why am I doing this ?!" as the sweat stings your eyes and you gasp for breath. Half an hour after you realise why, when that feeling of reinvigoration takes over and the motivation kicks in.

It's the same with everything we put effort into- sure some may not get the result we want but even with those, we analyse to ensure we do achieve 100% success the next time around.

All of this helps the mindset, the physical feel good puts a bounce in your step and ideas flow about lifestyle, career and image. You feel motivated to do something new, to constantly reinvent and everyday that is gifted to you is an opportunity for reinvention.

Don't assume reinvention is to move away from something which you feel is great, it is about taking that feeling and position to elevate even further !!
