Seek Your Strength
Why have we created an environment where it seems constant reassurance is a daily norm. Is it really fair that people across all generations have got to be seeking this. Has the bar been raised higher than what was there before? Or is it the fact that every activity is in the public lens. Even more a lens which has got to be a people pleaser. In my view this is stifling imagination and innovation. People are spending too much time trying to conform that they see limited options and barriers before opportunity. Time now for a rethink, a reset perhaps and get back to a time when people were allowed to think for themselves. Because if we don't the variety available in all walks of life will become very binary.
