Transitional Lifestyle
Like many the pandemic has made me think about my lifestyle and how my dimensions there are to it.
Notwithstanding the pandemic, I realised that my routine was lacking variety.
Over the past twelve months however, I have decided to focus on transitioning my lifestyle.
To become more active and try new things, even doing some volunteering, learning new experiences and taking a more positive perspective on things.
Perhaps ignoring the delinquents we have in government may help as we look to brighter times.
No doubt, especially in the UK there's much to be thinking about with pandemic , brexit and gener malaise across devolved nations.
But at the same time I've discovered a whole host of new activities, places and experiences.
Even attempting to coach myself, and not quite there yet, that whilst commercial careers are important, there has to be a balance. To sometimes put the glass monoliths of business to one side and enjoy rolling greenery.
To take off the actual or psychological suit and replace with outdoor gear.
To take time away from a spreadsheet to enjoy family, friends and even to participate in things you once, either consciously or unconsciously, considered yourself too serious for.
Makes it even more fun actually!
You'll find a new world around you. One that moves at a different pace and actually brings more positive vibe to work life balance.
So be busy but not too busy to notice all those wonderful things around you. All those new experiences you can enjoy.
So as I continue on my own personal journey of discovery and shifting dimensions, perhaps you'll find something inspirational in here too?
