Not What You Say...

The words "my business is great" can be said in various ways. It can be monotone,lacking of enthusiasm and by default contrary to the message.

Or it can be confident,bubbly and assured "do you realize we do this and our results show that !" type of approach.

In presentations or discussion over 55% of the impact comes from how you say things. The words,tone and body language.

If you can woo the audience the product becomes almost incidental.

I bet you've all been wowed in this way and made a purchase only to get home and think "why did I buy that?"

Simply because you were wrapped by positivity and naturally caught in momentary euphoria.

So if you really want to sell and promote your business...listen to yourself and get that articulation just right !
