Passing on Experience

Each of us have and continue to be on progression paths, we are after all constantly learning. As the world opens up with technology we have greater and easier access to new cultures,trends and knowledge. The more we access the more we want to access.

But even before technology we should acknowledge that we have gained experience that we have benefited from.

As our predecessors have done with us,is it not similarly incumbent on those of us who have experience to share it?

Not in a patronising "we know best because..." way but one which blends the contemporary and emerging with where we see our experience can augment the learning.

This can be in both the business and social environment. If we truly strategise and strive for long term good, then we should be involved in giving it a guiding hand.

What you consider now as simple to do could be considered by others to be a huge task. Let them understand your journey and experiences to illustrate that it is only a huge task in their mind.

By using the experience and guidance of others it is simply a route to which they now have some signs to guide them along.

We all like to be considered inspirational but the reality of that comes with sharing
