How visible are you in your sphere of influence? You'll have your social media no doubt and regularly check your follower stats but how visible actually, are you?

So take your keyboard and screen away. When you walk into a meeting, a networking event or social gathering,  are you recognised?

More to the point, in that meeting or event,  do you exude a level of charisma,  and potentially exert a level of influence?

So switch it on folks . Building the character is not just facade, that's for the shallow.

Real character comes from presenting with confidence, knowledge and empathy. It's also about building all these elements within you.

That initial impact creates the interest but continued gravitas creates the wow factor to succeed in a professional and social sense.
