It's important that in any sphere of life that you use life and business experiences to aid others.

I call it "give back". To help those developing individuals to take some of your experiences and augment with their own ambition.

Not to be steered from challenge but be guided into them. To get those experiences and feelings that build character and strength.

A layering of skins if you will which shape and protect as they feel the motivation to step further into those once, more intimidating situations.

Helping them to realise the majority of doubt is based on not knowing and not trying. Let them see that by addressing head on not only will they fain better understanding but they'll shape their own landscape and broad opportunity horizons.
