Be Dynamic

People talk about different personality traits and the ones that make the difference. There's the colour codings, the animal comparisons and a whole host of other things when for me it is much more simple.
You are either dynamic or you're not. If not or have no inclination to be then don't worry, there's nothing here that will interest you and you can settle back into your chair and watch the world do its thing. For those at the other end of the spectrum then please read on and prepare to get on the path of making the world do its thing.
There are a few simple traits that dynamic people apply, some inherent others nurtured but they're all about making that difference to you and your environment for you can make it how you want, or forever have it determined by others ?!
Challenge
The dynamic will rarely just accept what's there unless it's creating real advantage. They will look at challenging and how things can be done better, often in an innovative manner. The dynamic don't really do small steps for these use disproportionate energy to the distance covered !
Change
Change is a way of life for these people. To constantly experience new ideas at the same time gaining self motivation by knowing they made the changes. This is only augmented by the inspiration they offer to others and therefore firmly establish the new but also create support for their mantra of continued transformation.

Inner Strength
The ability to create and adapt to change comes from inner confidence and strength. To trust ones own vision or those they support and to not only map the objective but also the route to get there. That inner strength also exudes outwards and brings that aura of gravitas and subconscious transmission of power to those they come into contact with.
Self Recognition
Sometimes confused for arrogance but I think that if you are factually conveying your success then that is transparency. The fact they may be streets ahead of others is nothing to be ashamed of. Those around you who respect confidence and drive will be inspired. The detractors will never have that kind of energy because theirs is dissipated through cynicism.

Feeling dynamic and invigorated encourages folks to dress it up and why not. It's natural to dress the way you feel, especially in business when your look becomes the external projection of confidence and attention to detail. Just make sure it is the starter for what they expect from the character. The dynamic understand this and recognise that the first five seconds, the entrance, the handshake and those first words must establish your position!
